Returns and Refunds
Return Policy – 14 Days
At sport2000bike.it, customer satisfaction is a priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a product return.
The product must be returned intact, unused, and in the same condition as received, complete with original packaging, labels, accessories, and manuals.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send written communication to support@sport2000bike.it indicating:

first and last name
-
address
-
declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal
You can use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Consumer Code, but it is not mandatory.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not possible in the following cases:

personalized or custom-made items
-
assembled and used bicycles or bicycles with evident mileage
-
components that have been mounted, damaged, or are missing original packaging
-
opened sealed products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there is an error on the part of sport2000bike.it.
The customer is responsible for proper product packaging during transit.
Return Procedure
To initiate the procedure:

Send an email to infor@sport2000bike.it with the order number, first and last name, and reason for the return

Await confirmation and instructions from customer service

Ship the product to the communicated address

After the return is verified, the refund process will be initiated
Defective or Non-Compliant Products
In case of a defective product or one that differs from what was ordered, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

description of the problem

photographs of the defect
After verification, sport2000bike.it will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Size Exchange or Product Replacement
Size exchange is available within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability of the requested product.
The product must be intact and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs to our warehouse are borne by the customer; shipping of the new product may involve a contribution communicated during confirmation.
Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product or proof of shipment.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.
Initial delivery costs are only refunded in case of a complete withdrawal of the order.
